"Escoteiros portugueses fazem expedição no Nepal"
A expedição passa pela ida ao Campo Base do Everest e pela ascensão à montanha Imja Tse com mais de 6 mil metros de altura.


Cinco elementos da AEP estão numa desafiante actividade internacional que se iniciou no passado dia 13 Marco com a viagem de Lisboa para Kathmandu, com escala em Londres e no Qatar.

Pedro Lamy (Chefia Nacional / Grupo 150), Hugo Rocha (Grupo 82), Aires Barata (Grupo 122), Diogo Calixto e Joao Carvalho (Grupo 122), estão numa expedição no Nepal. Alem do objectivo cultural tem também dois objectivos técnicos, que passam pela ida ao Campo Base do Everest (5.400M) e pela ascensão à montanha Imja Tse (6.189M).

Esta expedição que decorrerá de 13 de Março a 08 de Abril e dividir-se-á em três fases distintas, onde a primeira e a terceira contam com um contacto mais profundo com a cultura Nepalesa e a segunda fase de 19 dias com a realização do trek em autonomia e da ascensão referida.

Neste momento o grupo encontra-se em Kathmandu a ultimar os preparativos para a partida para montanha. Sempre que possível iremos dando informações da expedição. "

Da novela 'O salvador da Pátria' no longínquo ano de 1989, ficou-me uma música e um personagem: Sassá Mutema (Salvador da Silva) interpretado por Lima Duarte - para mim o maior vulto do teatro e novela brasileiros (que já tive o prazer de ver ao vivo no D. Maria I).

.. só uma cena... do que faz esta novela e este papel... para sempre!

A novela tinha tudo: tinha Sassá e tinha esta música que, durante muitos anos perdida na minha memória - simplesmente porque não sabia o nome - tropecei um dia nela, tal dia, em que num Seat Ibiza a regressar de Fajão, o meu tio Manuel tinha uma cassete de Oswaldo Montenegro e, ao parar na Area de Serviço de Pombal, na habitual troca de condutores (havia uma disciplina quase científica: a tia Guida fazia as curvas das Serras da Lousã e Açor, o tio a Auto-Estrada) esta música - Lua e Flor - arrancou fazendo-me estremecer todo... Nunca mais me esqueci do seu nome... nem do nome de OSWALDO.

Chegado a casa fui procurar por cd's de Oswaldo Montenegro na colecção no meu pai coisa que, diga-se, não foi dificil encontrar uns quantos. e lá estava ela, não num CD mas num LP... e matei saudades...

Maravilha dos tempos modernos é esta, a junção entre e-mule, itunes (e a sua store), YOUTUBE e a nossa memória. Este post torna-se, portanto, numa mescla entre a memória e a saudade...

Para comemorar esta data, a WOSM (Organização Mundial do Movimento Escotista) editou o livro ''Education in Love'' (''Education in Love in Place of Fear''), uma re-edição do relatório apresentado no 3º Congresso de Educação Moral de Geneva a 1 de Agosto de 1922 por Sir Robert Baden-Powell (Escoteiro-Chefe Mundial)

Bruce Springsteen ganhou 3 grammy's naquela que foi a 50ª edição, no Staples Center em LA. Estava nomeado apra 4 prémios, ganhou 3.
uma delas, Melhor Actuação Instrumental de Rock: "Once Upon a Time in The West" do albúm de tributo "We All Love Ennio Morriconi".


Engraçado uma versão desta música em 2003 me ter feito estremecer nessa inauguração do Estádio José Alvalade XXI - Amor a Portugal pela Dulce Pontes - e hoje.. tropeçar nela...

... e o efeito ser tão parecido...

esta é a cena final... tentei dar tempo suficiente para que os caros leitores deste blog fossem ver o filme, mas não conseguia mais não partilhar este momento. o momento final, que dá nome e razão de ser ao filme.

ter esta sensação - a mesma que me faz ver os jogos do man utd e ficar à espera que o ronaldo faz das dele - em que não era nada disto que estava à espera... e... um final esmagador!

só por isto valeu a pena e este foi o unico filme até agora a justificar 3 posts... (nem o superman returns)...

...aos 5 segundos eu já estava rendido.......

Esta foi a cena com que me rendi ao filme... escuso-me a grandes comentários. Num take tudo acontece e faz deste filme, para mim, uma das melhores experiências dos útlimos tempos.

Tem toda uma mistura de sensações e sentimentos que fazem valer uma ida ao cinema.

(e continuo sem seber como é feita a cena dos cavalos...)

Só por causa desta cena eu recomendaria... desta.. e da última cena que ficará para um próximo post.

Não consigo precisar há quanto tempo ouço esta música mas, seguramente, há tanto tempo quanto , de facto, ouço qualquer tipo de música. Fazia parte das, então, cassetes obrigatórias, primeiro no Opel Kadett, depois no VW Golf e, mais tarde na(s) Opel Astra. 

Peter Gabriel faz parte bem como outros da mesma geração e que por aqui já mencionei (como U2, Springsteen, Sting, etc...) que acreditam - ainda - em causas. Esta música fica-me na memória num célebre concerto pelos direitos humanos enquanto Nelson Mandela ainda estava preso. Esta versão aqui julgo que é a versão do concerto em Milão com a Paula Cole, não terá provavelmente a mesma força que a anterior, mas esta música tem sempre qualquer coisa dentro dela, um grito, uma voz... um suspiro de raiva e esperança.

Como todas as jornadas começam por um primeiro passo, esta semana está rica deles. aqui deixo o meu abraço (...) a todos os inícios! 

é muito ano... 

Comigo, pelo menos há 23 e muitas caixas, muitas horas, muitas estradas... muitas vidas vividas entre cores, novelas, filmes criados, sonhos vividos. Parte do que sou deve-se a estes senhores...

e como tudo é possível com legos...

Por agora, não me vou adiantar muito em comentários em relação a pormenores que fazem este filme entrar directamente para ser um dos meus filmes preferidos. 

Apenas e só recomendo tremendamente a todos... 

Muito mais do que tecnicamente bom, a história é fabulosa e as interpretações sublimes. Recebeu o prémio de Melhor Filme em Cannes na edição deste ano do festival e o globo de Ouro de Melhor Filme, também.

... e vou ver outra vez...

Chamo a isto, um muito bom 'tropessanço'. Ouço quase todos os 'Pessoal e Transmissível' de Carlos Vaz Marques na TSF e ontem... fui ouvindo... deixando que um estranho persa conquistasse um espaço, qual gato que entra pela janela e se vem aninhar, ajuntar no calor da noite. Ora, fechando os olhos, existe em Mazgani um misto de Dylan, Waits, Young... como ele próprio diz. É suave, é quente, é... qualquer coisa de novo.. e de muito bom.

Vim a saber ao final da noite que, afinal, já conhecia uma música do senhor e que já me acompanha desde Novembro, altura em que saiu o album de novas bandas da FNAC, com este BRING YOUR LOVE:

Ele há coisas do diabo... e depois há - continua a haver - Ronaldo...

Mais uma tarde fantástica... o primeiro Hat-Trick da carreira de Ronaldo e já conta com 22 na edição deste ano da Premier League...

Gosto de números redondos... e tenho uns pressentimentos para 2008 e, se foi verdade que 2007 teimava em não acabar bem, este ano não poderia ter começado melhor. 

São muitos os projectos e as mudanças e será um ano que tem tudo para correr bem.

2008 começou também como um marco histórico da vida deste blog, foi atingido o número 10000 de visitas! a todos o meu obrigado e espero que continuem a vir... são todos benvindos :D

e nesta versão 2008 o que fará ele de novo? quem será Michael Knight? Contra quem serão os combates? e Devon? e April?

Por alturas de 1988/90 tinha um colecção de cromos (que ainda tenho religiosamente guardada nas catacumbas do Lumiar) que saiam com uns bolos de chocolate e que, diga-se, tenho mais saudades dos cromos do que desses bolos.

A verdade é que com 20 bolos desses eu podia ir ao Alvorada (o café da esquina, na Rua Bartolomeu Dias, Damaia) pedir um cromo grande (20x15) e que colava na parte de trás da porta (branca (...) ) do quarto.

Escusado será dizer que, para quem estava mais ou menos proibido de comer bolicaos, estes bolos eram um grande desafio à autoridade. Ainda assim, terminei a colecção com a preciosa ajuda do sr do Rossio com quem trocávamos os repetidos.

Já não há colecções de cromos como dantes... mas ele está de volta...

e eu vou lá estar, na primeira fila!!!

Que bom vício... :D

e, entretanto... como que tropeçando nele, saltou-me assim mais uma pérola... fechem os olhos... e sintam a voz...

... quase que matam...

no dia 11 de Setembro de 2001, por volta das 13 horas, eu estava no aerogare das lajes quando, em todos os ecrãs, uma das torres do wtc deitava um fumo negro e espesso pelas janelas e ninguém sabia com certeza o que se estava a passar. Enquanto fomos olhando para os ecrãs, um avião embateu na torre que não estava a arder. Em cerca de meia hora o Mundo percebeu que o centro económico mundial estava a ser atacado e, provavelmente estaríamos a entrar na 3a guerra mundial.

o nosso voo para o faial estava marcado para as 14h e, com cerca de 30 minutos e já depois de 4 caças americanos terem levantado da base, descolou.

foi a ultima vez que vi esta ilha que hoje, por volta das 9.30 voltei a ver.

muita coisa está diferente, mas.. o essencial... está cá e de braços abertos para receber!

tantas... tantas saudades.. e não as vou conseguir matar, mas já fica alguma coisa...

Vício... a música tem cerca de 2 anos, mas foi, agora, remisturada pelo 'Harry Potter', da produção audio.

Easy Listning, é a minha classificação, mas... tem qualquer coisa esta música... 

um brinde!
